Transition Homes Community Land Trust is planning to build 27 low impact, mostly affordable (70%), homes, using natural materials  at Clay Park. At the date of publication, a planning decision is pending. Come to find out the latest and to have your questions answered, have a tour of the site, and enjoy cake and refreshments. There will be a gazebo in case of rain!

The eco-development will also feature networked solar PV, biomass district heating system, integrated compost toilets, allotments, community orchard, forest garden, coppice, green lane, SUDS, green transport, and community building with shared facilities.

Directions:

The entrance is almost opposite the Jehovah's Witnesses hall (TQ9 5EF) on the A385, where there is a gate and a Public Footpath sign. You can also follow the footpath from the junction of Sawpit Lane and Longcause. Please arrive by foot, cycle or bus, if possible as there is no parking on site. Wear wellies if wet.
