Ongoing refurbishment (10 years so far!) of a 1950's semi-detached house, including extensive insulation, solar thermal and PV, wood fired heating, green roofs, recycled materials and extensive use of local sourced and milled timber, from owner Zav,  a local carpenter and saw miller.
